About the ranch
Small Family Ranch at the base of the little belt mountains
The Nevada Creek Ranch was originally the Cameron Ranch started by my father, Gilbert Cameron, in the 60's. After his passing in 2021 I decided to rebrand it as my own. The nevada creek runs through the center of the ranch, and when the county needed the ranch road named for address purposes my dad had them name it Nevada Creek Road. So renaming it to the Nevada Creek Ranch only felt right. I continue my fathers legacy of breeding hardy, gentle cattle. Our main focus has always been the health of our animals and maintaining the gentle, easy to work disposition. This is also a mindset I bring over into my horse breeding program. While I acknowledge the part that bloodlines play, I focus more on conformation, mindset, and health.
